The Last Days of School
Dear Cougar Family,
Here we are, on the cusp of the 2017-19school year coming to an end. While the week is short, the things that happen in it are pivotal.
Please remind your students that our expectations stay the same, even as our schedule shifts. Students need to remain in their final exam rooms for the entire exam time (do not release your class early).
Also, please be on the lookout for students who are not looking forward to the summer months--those who are sluggish, lack enthusiasm, or may be acting out. Reach out to them and make sure they know we have a food pantry that can support their families, even when school is out. Let them know we will miss them, and we are here for them.
I have a lot more to say, but we will celebrate the end of the year together on Friday morning.
Be on the lookout for an email with all survey links for the End of Year checkout form in it on Tuesday morning!
Thank you for all you do! Have an amazing week with our Cougars!
As always, COUGAR PRIDE!
Tiffany
Opportunities to Work with Student Organizations Next School Year
The CSHS Leo Club is looking for a new sponsor (after 6 years, Casey Akin is stepping away from this club to focus more on science-related clubs and teams) and she would love to speak to any of you who might be interested in sponsoring these fantastic kiddos. The Leo Club is a service organization that is the junior branch of Lions International and we have been a part of: food and toy drives each year, Keep Brazos Beautiful, CSHS sparkle crew, work on other campuses with school fairs and athletic events, and community events through our sponsoring Lions club.
Please email Parkerson if you are interested in this positions.
Spring Final Exam Schedule
Graduation--THIS FRIDAY!
All teachers are expected to attend. Please sign up for your official graduation duty assignment here.
