JSA Volunteer Opportunities
December 2019
Volunteers Needed....
*“Tidying Up” Spring Cleaning Support
Need: 2-4 adults on Monday, January 20th 9:00am-2:30pm
JSA supports a large number of students each year with winter coats, hats, gloves and boots. We also assist learners who may find themselves in need of a clean pair of pants or shirts during the day. JSA thanks the families who donate items that their child may have outgrown for these needs. Our storage space is limited however and as we move into 2nd Semester, that space is in need of a clean out and re-organization. Is making a space tidy something that brings you joy? If so, it would bring us joy to have the volunteer assistance! Please contact Ms. Conyers, aconyers@cr.k12.ia.us or 319-558-2174 to join a few staff for the organization fun!

Volunteer Milk Delivery Drivers
Milk is an utterly (pardon the pun) important item for the HACAP Food Reservoir’s partner agencies and families we serve. BUT, we can't get them milk if we don't have a volunteer delivery driver!
This is where we are asking for your help… The HACAP Food Reservoir is looking for safe and reliable Milk Delivery Drivers who can help us transport fresh & nutritious milk to the various sites we work with and has availability during any of the times below:
Volunteer Milk Delivery Times
Tuesdays 9 AM – 2 PM
Wednesdays 9 AM – 2 PM
Thursdays 9 AM – 2 PM
Volunteers must have a good driving record and present a valid copy of their driver’s license and auto insurance before they begin. No CDL is required and volunteers will be using a HACAP company vehicle. Moooooved to help the cause yet? Those interested can sign-up online at www.hacap.org/volunteer or by emailing volunteer@hacap.org.
