The Best Buy ;)

Unit Rate is helpful because it helps you save money by telling you how much it costs per unit.
-In order to find the unit rate for each milk I set it up as a proportion money over ounce and i divided equally with both numbers so that the ounces was "1", and the money divided by however much you need to make the ounces "1" is your unit rate for this problem!
The better buy
In this situation it was helpful to use unit rate because you saved money on per ounce of the milk and also saved money over all, the better buy in this problem was the regular milk because it was only .02 cents per floz.
