Wellness Challenge
This is a six week opportunity to challenge yourself to live a more healthy life by setting a personal improvement goal and tracking various aspects of wellness. Teams of four come together to encourage each other and to promote a little friendly competition.
Teams of four can consist of all students, all faculty/staff, or students and faculty/staff. Each team must have a team captain who's responsible for encouraging members to submit their weekly scorecards and who'll serve as the point of contact during the challenge. Registration opens December 2, 2013 and runs through January 10, 2014 online.

Tips: Here's how to be a great Reidy member:
Keep the kitchen clean
Please keep Reidy dishes and silverware in the Reidy and take back all trays, silverware and dinnerware to C-Street or Hawk's Nest.
Also take the time to put your Reidy dishes and silverware in the dishwasher, NOT the sink. The CCLs are here to be your company and resource, not your maid!

Don't leave a mess
Glasses. Napkins. Candy wrappers. OH MY! If you make a mess, please clean it up!
Treat everyone with respect
The best part of the community is being comfortable with who you're with. Be sure to keep conversations and discussions respectful of people within and out of the Collegium.
