The Foundation of Yoga

Saturday May 9, 2015| 1pm - 3pm

What to expect:

In this workshop we will explore breathing techniques, proper posture alignment and body awareness. We will discuss the importance of setting an intention, and how to bring your yoga practice into your daily life. The workshop will end with a relaxing guided meditation.


Please bring a mat, water and a journal for taking notes.

Hannah Vigliano, 200 CYT

Hannah Vigliano is a graduate of Kind Yoga Schools, a National Yoga Alliance registered school. Yoga has been a part of her life for 8 years, 2 of which she has been teaching. She has a kind, gentle spirit that shows through in each class. Her classes are simple yet informative, fun and deeply relaxing. Her goal is to spread mindfulness, love, and wellness to all.
