Digital Assessments made Easy with Microsoft Forms

Synopsis:Microsoft Forms is a part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers or students to easily and quickly create custom surveys, quizzes, questionnaires, registrations and more. Form authors can invite others to complete forms, which they can do using any web browser, even on mobile devices. During this session, participants will learn how to create forms and share them with their students to assess the content they have presented in class.

Prodigy has content from all major topics and will seamlessly cover Grades 1 - 8 to help ensure your students are ready for standardized testing. With a diagnostic test to place students in the correct grade, embedded assessments, and automatic differentiation, Prodigy ensures that each one of your students succeed at their own pace. Everything your students work on in Prodigy is reported back to you in real time. Quickly see which skills your students have mastered, and where they may need some additional support.

It is a fun supplement to iReady Math. If you would like help to get your class set up, let me know!


Classroom Assessment Builder is now live. You can get to the site by going to QUESTAR TN on the teacher resources. You can also click HERE. Once you are logged in you can see all of the available test items. You can create practice tests for your students using the released items. 5th grade teachers can also assign practice online tests for your students. Please let me know if you would like any help with this!



Flipgrid is a great site for students to create a video response to any topic that you assign. Students can respond with short videos to other students. What a great tool!

This website has a quick 5 minute math activity for kids to do each night at home with their parents. This might be a fun activity to add to your web page or send home in a newsletter.
