How did the change impact society at the time?
The Scientific Revolution was a major event that changed the original beliefs in Europe. One of the impacts of the scientific revolution was that the people had accepted the old theories that the sun and all the other planets revolved around the earth. It was until the scientists started observing nature and questioning common beliefs, citizens remained loyal to the ideas of the past. It is also stated that the Scientific Revolution was a period of time when people questioned previously accepted beliefs.

Nicolaus Copernicus
nicolaus copernicus was renaissance mathematician and astronomer who formulated a heliocentric model of the universe which placed the sun, rather than the earth,at the center. The publication of copernicus' book De revolutionibus orbium coelestium( on the revolutions of the celestial spheres), just before the earth in 1543, is considered a major event in the history of science.It began the copernican revolution and contributed importantly to the scientific revolution.

galileo galilei often known monoymously as galileo, was an italian physict, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher who played a major role in the scientific revolution. His achievements included improvements to the telescope and consequent astronomical observations and support for copenicianism. galileo has been called the "father of modern observational astronomy", the "fathern of modern physics",the "father of science", and the "father of modern science ".

johannes kepler was a german mathematician,astronomer,and astrologer.He was a key figure in the 17th century scientific revolution.He is best known for his eponymous laws of planetary motion. codified by later astronomers. Based on his works Astonomia nova, Harmonices mundi,and epitome of copernican astronomy .
