Mrs. Wagner
We like Mrs. Wanger because she is the best. She has pet dogs named Roxy and Basil. She is a good teacher. Outside of school, her favorite thing is to be out in the sun. Her favorite thing in Kindergarten is playtime, cleaning the room, and math. The best thing about kindergarten is being with us.
Math

We are learning 2 + 2 = 4 and 1 + 1 = 2. We go on Dreambox. 3 +5 = 8. We count Pete the Cat's buttons. We are 5 or 6 years old. In math we have two different groups. Some learn on the carpet and some work on Dreambox.

Content - Butterflies
We are learning about butterflies. Butterflies have six legs. When butterflies are caterpillars they eat leaves and leaves have something poisonous when you see an orange butterfly. Butterflies drink the nectar -- flower juice. They have four wings and scales on their wings. When they get out of their chrysalis their wings are wet. They curl up in their chrysalis. Butterflies have different color wings and designs on their wings.
Reading

We learn all about butterflies by reading books. We learn the stages. We learn about butterflies when we are on the carpet. We made a butterfly project. We learned new words like a chrysalis, hatching out of the chrysalis, and antennas. We are learning that butterflies smell with their antennas. The caterpillars make a chrysalis and then a butterfly and then lay eggs and do it again.
