2020-21 Student Attendance Selection Form

Click here to complete the Attendance Selection Form for the Spring semester. The survey window is from 11/6-11/13.

Breakfast Order Option Now Available

Organic Life is now offering breakfast at all Elementary Schools. Breakfast meals are currently free for all students just like the lunches. Click here to see the menu.

Students will have the option to order breakfast in the morning as they already do for lunch. Organic Life will prep the breakfast bags and deliver them to the classrooms each day for students. This helps to support students eating a breakfast before coming to school the next day.

Holiday Toy Drive!! Big Hearts of Fox Valley is collecting toys for children in need in D303 from 10/23-11/13. Please see flyer for ideas on what to donate. Students can always bring items to school to have their teacher place in the donation box that is located inside the school front vestibule. Additionally, we will be having a collection during school dropoff AND pickup on November 12th and 13th. Parents/Guardians may bring their donation and a PTO representative will be walking up and down the sidewalk to grab any donations. Please wear a mask in your car if you wish to donate to the collector! Also - the collection box will be left outside of the school on these dates (11/12 & 11/13) from 2-3:30pm for any remote families or additional in-person families to deliver their donation to the school. Thank you for supporting this local organization with their holiday giving project!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support Bell Graham’s dinner fundraiser last month. Our next dinner fundraiser is Monday, November 16th, ALL DAY at South Elgin’s Panera. See you there!

Bell Graham PTO now has another EASY and quick way to fundraise for the school! Just like AmazonSmile and BoxTops, we can earn money for purchases that you already make on a regular basis. Bell Graham PTO now has an account with ShopwithScrip - a very popular tool that many local schools and organizations already use. When you purchase gift cards for teachers, family, friends or even your own family for regular purchases like gas, groceries, and coffee, a portion of the gift card value will be given right back to the BG PTO. It is easy money for our school! Please enroll and download their app “RaiseRight”. BG code is 65AL14E472L57. It is super easy and only takes a moment. With holiday gift giving approaching, please find time to enroll in this easy way to fundraise for BG!

Mark your calendars for the next meeting! We would love to see you there! The meeting for Bell Graham will be on November 17th, at 9am. If there is a topic you would like to discuss, please send it to to get it added to the agenda! The meeting will be a Zoom virtual meeting. From the Nurse

This year we are following the Illinois Department Of Public Health (IDPH) Covid-19 Exclusion Guidelines. This requires that when a child or family member stays/sent home sick, with Covid like symptoms, or awaiting the results of a Covid test ANY student or staff in the household will need to stay home or be sent home. Once the symptomatic student or family member has the documentation required all family members can return to school. It is up to the parents to provide this information to all the schools involved. IDPH has recently Updated their guidelines in regards to testing. Please note the changes in RED

Please call the Health office 331-228-2104 or Email with any questions or concern.

Self Certification by 7:30 AM

Dear BG Families,

In a continuing effort to keep staff and students safe while also keeping arrival quick and efficient, please have your child certified in the computer by 7:30 am. This will ensure that students are not entering the classrooms before they are cleared. Certifying your child is both filling out the online form AND signing their backpack tag. If one or both of these steps are not done your child will be sent to the front of the building to check in. Once there, they will have their temperature taken and a phone call will be made to parents to fill out the online form. When their certification is verified they can enter the building. If you enter the online form after 7:30 am your child may have to go through this verification process before they can enter the building.

Thank you for all of your help and taking the extra steps to ensure everyone's safety.

In-Person & Remote Attendance Line

Absences should be called in by 7:45 AM if your child will be absent for any portion of the day. The number is 331-228-2100 and has voicemail. You can call during the evening or overnight and leave a message. Please leave your child’s name, their teachers name and the reason why your child is out. If they are ill, please indicate their symptoms.
