Field Day Volunteers Needed
Hello Parents!
We are so excited about our first Field Day which will be called "Patriot Games" that is coming up Friday, April 29th!!! During the Patriot Games, each community will rotate around to different game stations. Volunteers are needed for sack races, the egg/spoon race and tug of war just to name a few
The PTSA & Frazer Church have partnered together in sponsoring the "Spring Fling". We will have inflatables, activities. The Pike Road Volunteer Fire Department has a "hands on" activity for the kids!
If you are able to help please email your child's teacher and let her know that you can help with either "Patriot Games", "Spring Fling" or both!
Volunteer parking will be in the Orchards neighborhood on the side streets. Park only on one side of the street. Do not park on the Main Street into the Neighborhood or school. Everyone needs to check in at the office and then head through the cafeteria to the bus parking area to check in at the volunteer table to find out where you will need to go!
Also we are in need of Powerade to be donated for Community 1. Please send your donation by April 20th. It is greatly appreciated!
