Below you will find a listing of the professional development sessions that are available through the Muskingum Valley ESC Curriculum Department this school year. We hope you will find some sessions that are of interest to you and will be a benefit to your students, colleagues and your continuing education.

PBIS in the Classroom

This one day training session brings the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework into the classroom environment. Areas of focus will include: classroom vision organizing routines and procedures, teaching expectations, developing motivational systems, monitoring student behavior, and responding to and correcting misbehavior. PBIS Tier Two

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a three-tiered model of supports for all students within a school. This one-day training will provide participants with Tier 2 evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions to support classroom and school-wide implementation with fidelity. READ MORE
