Music Concerts

Right before break we had two outstanding music concerts featuring almost 400 students that are currently participating in our music program. We also had some courageous staff members participating. Our Chamber singers also gave multiple performances in the community spreading the Holiday Cheer and being great ambassadors for our school. What a great celebration of our school! Click here to see a short video taken during one of the concerts. Below are some photos of our Chamber Singers performing at the hospital.

Semester Final Exams Upcoming

As we approach the end of first semester, we want to communicate the plan for Semester 1 final exams scheduled for Wednesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 26, 2017. All final exam information can be found by clicking here.

Important items to note for the two days include the modified class schedule, information about procedures for study hall attendance, textbook return, and the open campus lunch option for students in grades 9-12. This information is also being sent directly to student email accounts.

I would like to encourage parents/guardians to visit with their student(s) about their plans and schedule for semester 1 final exams on 1/25 and 1/26. Students are expected to help maintain a quiet and appropriate testing environment at East. Please discuss your expectations with your child prior to final exams week and do what you can to provide support as they work hard to prepare for their assessments. This is a great time to log in to the parent portal to monitor course progress and check for missing work.
