Friday, November 22
'Tis the season of thankfulness and appreciation during which I must reflect and express my sincere thanks to each of you! I am truly thankful to be a member of this thoughtful and caring Midway family. Thank you for sharing your children with us and for being so supportive! Midway is the strong community school that it is due to each of you and your kindness!!! I am truly blessed to be a part of this great family!!! I extend a sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Please remember that during this Thanksgiving Holiday Season and the coming Winter Break that safety continues to be our priority. Please send notes to your child's teacher for any transportation changes. All adults entering the building during the school day must present their driver's license or passport. So, if you are bringing a visiting member of your family or a guest, please be sure to have them bring this with them. Thank you for your understanding and support as we take care of our most valuable treasures...our children!
Enjoy your family, friends, and great food over the holidays! And, yes, read some exciting books with our children while you safely travel!
Best wishes to all,
Jan Fickling, Principal
