Farmer Family Newsletter
Hayward High School- November 2021
Principal Seymour's Message
Hi Families! I am so excited to have our first official newsletter, this year, out for you all! It has been an interesting year, to say the least. I so much appreciate the resiliency, and resolve, you and your students have shown so far this year. We have just wrapped up our first Spirit Week of the year, and the first annual Downtown Rally since 2019 (a tradition that has been going on for almost 100 years). What a joy it was to see students somewhat back to “normal” as we celebrated different dress-up days, had lunch-time contests (including a great Halloween costume contest), and just enjoyed celebrating each other in general. I am the proud Principal of this school, and I am always just an email away if anyone ever needs anything. In this newsletter, you will find so much valuable information, including: Important Announcements, College Tip of the Month, How to Support Learning at Home, Focus on Mental Health, Get to Know HHS Staff, Community Resources, and various Photos and Videos. I am looking forward to a wonderful month of November!
