Happy New Year!

With the new year comes a lot of reflection of the previous year; what went well, what could have been better, and what you may want to change for this coming year. Use this time to truly evaluate what you want to change in your life. Do you need to dedicate more time to a particular class that you may have been avoiding? Do you need to spend more time doing the things that bring you joy each day? Do you need to finish college applications and stay on top of deadlines that may be approaching? We can all benefit from making a few positive changes in our lives.

As you evaluate possible new year resolutions (or Goals!) pay particular attention to what brings you joy, rather than what brings you "success". We oftentimes allow others to define success for us, but joy is something that is all our own. Joy can be had by something as small as looking at old photographs or listening to your favorite song or as big as spending time with relatives you haven't seen in awhile or going on vacation. Here is an article to help you evaluate your goals and how to reach them.

Complete the Form Below

Students, if you have not already completed the time survey, please do so now. This information provides the school and your teachers a realistic idea of how much time you are spending on homework, studying, and other activities outside of class time. If you have already completed it, thank you!
