3 Dimensional Views
Learn how to draw 3D figures from different perspectives.
Below are the different activities that you will complete today. You must complete them in the order they appear. You may not have time to complete each of the activities, but you will need to make certain that you have completed the two gizmos at the very least.
Getting to the Gizmos
First you will need to go to Explore Learning and scroll down to the bottom and click "enroll in a class." You will be asked for a class code. Copy and paste the following class code into the box:
UHQVVWRAKC
It will ask you if you already have an account. You should have used gizmos before in another class, but if you do not have an account, then click "I need to create an account."
3D and Orthographic Views Activity A
This is the first activity that you will need to complete. Once you are logged in, the activity will be on your homepage. Click "launch gizmo."
You must complete at least 6 of the different figures correctly before answering the 3 assessment questions below the gizmo. Remember that these results will be sent to me, so please do your best work.
Once you are finished with the gizmo, you may move on to the next activity.
3D and Orthographic Views Activity B
Once you have completed Activity A, you will need to go back to your homepage. Find Activity B and click on "launch gizmo."
You must complete at least 6 of the different figures correctly before answering the 5 assessment questions below the gizmo. Remember that these results will be sent to me, so please do your best work.
Once you are finished with the gizmo, you may move on to the next activity.
Rotating Houses
In this activity you will need to rotate the house until it matches the given view. There are 20 houses that must be complete before moving to the next activity. Click here to get to the activity.
Cube Perspective
Once you are finished with the gizmos and have done the rotating houses activity, you may play this game. See if you can beat your neighbor's score!
