How to do the left splits

Aim:
In order to get your left splits you are going to haft to have a good MINDSET and a good attitude in order to be successful.
Requirments:
You might want to wear comfy clothes like leggings and a t-shirt because you dont want to split your pants .You will also need positive thoughts .
Method :
1.Start with high knees so we can get you legs warm
2.Straddle if you don't know what a straddle is sit down with your legs apart then lean on your leg for 30 sec.
3.Lunges on both legs
4.Lay on your back with your right leg straight and your left leg to the ceiling and pull your leg as close to you as possible.
5.High kicks kick your leg as high as you can .
6.Slide into your left split
