Sacramento PRAYS
Uniting people to pray in the Greater Sacramento Region.
We are so privileged to live in the Sacramento Region during such a time as this! God is growing us up in Him, changing the way we think, talk and live! One profound aspect of this is in the area of freedom through healings and deliverances, as He refines us of our devices and teaches us to walk in the Spirit and to use the gifts and authority He has given us. It is important that we come together in love, helping one another keep our eyes on our God and King, and keep our rejoicing simply in the fact "that our names are recorded in heaven" Luke 10:20.
The SacramentoPRAYS team encourages you to prayerfully consider this: What is God saying to you specifically regarding healing and deliverance in your life for 2015? He is truly doing greater things than we have asked or imagined!
"He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love." Ephesians 4:16 "….but the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13
John 17:20-23
Healing Prayer by Joanne Moody
We're excited at the power and love the Holy Spirit continues to demonstrate across the region in the arenas of healing. We are seeing an outpouring of favor and blessing like we have not seen before. Several hundred healings of all types including stage 4 cancer, hepatitis, migraines, knee, shoulder and back pain, depression and more have occurred over the past year as we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. All glory to God our Father for His marvelous healing love.
Our goal is to continue to unify the bride of Christ by walking in the full power of the gospel. We are in the planning stages of bringing healing trainings all over the region in 2016 because our calling from the Lord is:
Every believer in Jesus Christ is called to heal the sick: In Matthew 10:7-8, Jesus said: "And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give. In John 14:12-13 Jesus tells us: "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. 13"Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.…"
We invite you to come and participate in our 2015 Worship, Prayer and Healing night coming Sept 20th from 6-8:30pm at Bridgeway Christian Church, 3735 Placer Corp. Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765. This year The Rock of Roseville and Bridgeway Christian Church partner together and will invite close to 30 leaders and their church bodies to join us. Stay tuned for information about our regional trainings for prayer team volunteers. We are looking for individuals willing to serve the bride of Christ according to Matthew 10:8.
Freedom Prayer by Ingrid Rice
Prayers for freedom are powerful tools. Jesus has given us freedom to set captives free.( Isaiah 61:1) It is a privilege to pray for people in bondage and watch them experience the freedom of Christ. The truth is Jesus paid the full price to set us free, body, soul, mind, and spirit.
There is a movement of freedom that this generation is embracing, especially in the Sacramento area. Churches are uniting in agreement and, like the early disciples, we are believers ( who believe) and signs and wonders follow us. We are growing in faith that the work is truly finished at the Cross. We are free! I know Jesus and I trust He is well pleased with His bride exercising His authority.
Many people believe lies or have un-forgiveness that blocks them from experiencing His freedom. Praying with others helps you walk in freedom. I have seen knees healed, cancer healed, eye sight restored and thousands of people set free from sickness or emotional strongholds like depression.
The different churches in our area have different names for this kind of prayer- healing prayers, sozo, deliverance, freedom prayers or just "prayers". All types are successful to set the captives free, because Jesus has already paid the price!
Ask whether they believe that Jesus wants you healed. If they say yes, let them pray for you. If they say no, move on and find someone else.
Jesus is faithful and intentional to heal. He who has set free is free indeed..
Thank you, Thank you Jesus!!

Waking Up To Fatherlessness
June 18th
6:15pm-9:30pm at William Jessup University
Over 43% of youth come from a home without a father. These same homes account for:
- 90% of runaways & homeless youth
- 71% of school dropouts
Waking Up To Fatherlessness is an evening of awakening to help bring awareness to the devastation and dramatic impact in our country. Through personal testimonies, messages from Christian leaders in Northern California, hear what God did to break this destructive cycle and learn what God’s Church needs to do.
Baltimore, Ferguson, Chicago and Madison have reminded us of this invisible cancer destroying our country.
Our hope is to see government, education, business and church leaders, and the many others who want to change the destiny of our fatherless, attend this watershed event.
For more info: fatherless.eventbrite.com
Dr. John Jackson, Pastors Sammy Rodriguez, Banning Liebscher, Francis Chan, Scott Hagan, Bishop Parnell Lovelace, and numerous individuals will share about their life, living without a father.
