In-person Training Opportunities 5/31 - 7/28
This summer, classified staff (both on-contract and off-contract) will have the opportunity to take advantage of in-person trainings on a variety of topics.
Use these classes to advance your skillset for your current position or learn new skills for job advancement within the district. Several courses will be offered each week from May 31st to July 28th. Each class will be offered in the afternoon so it will not conflict with summer school. The 90 to 120 minute trainings will be held at the CSC Campus (Stapley & University). Participants will be paid for the time they attend training.
If you are interested and/or have suggestions for course content, please submit the form below.

Organizing Open Tab Madness

Google Keep
Google Keep is a quick and easy way to create an electronic "note". It can be accessed on any web browser just type keep.google.com and it's set up to work with Gmail and Google Drive so it can be accessed on any device through your Google account.
Google Keep allows you to:
- Add notes
- Create checklists (This feature is great for grocery lists! Once an item is checked, it is placed at the bottom. You don't have to recreate the shopping list, just uncheck all the items, add any additional items if needed, and your ready to go.)
- Create Drawings
- Capture and attach photos
- Record a voice memo and transcribe it
- Add collaborators, making it easy to share your notes
Once notes are created you can:
- Organize by color
- Add label
- Archive notes
- Add a reminder to your note and it will also display on your Google Calendar (a Post-it ® can't do that 😉)
This is an example of a Checklist in Google Keep

There are different options to Zoom in and out.
- Click on the three verticcal dots at the top right of your web page and click on the - (minus) key or + (plus) key next to the word zoom
