Tips We All Know (but not necessarily do)

--stay around the people we know appreciate us and bring out the best of who we are.

--don't get caught up in the things that'll drag us down with the negativity surrounding it.

--remain optimistic! Life is hard but things will get better.

--NEVER give up, that's what hurts us the most

--Realize that "living in the moment" could actually cost you your life.

--Worry about the people you know matter the most to you and appreciate everything about yourself.
