Ms. Bellows' 3rd Grade Class
A Poem For All My Students:
Last Week of School: May 23-27
I cannot believe this is our last week of school. I will definitely miss this wonderful group of students. I absolutely loved being their teacher this year! I'm sad to see them go, but I know they will be so successful in 4th grade! They all have grown so much this school year, and each student holds a special place in my heart! I am so proud of my kids!
Tuesday, May 24th is our End of the Year Party at Curtis Park. Before we head over to the park, we will watch an end of year slideshow in our classroom beginning at 1:45. Thank you, Mrs. Clark for putting it all together! I can't wait to see all the fun pictures from the year. Then, we will walk over to the park and have our party from 2:00-3:00 across the street. If you have any questions about the end of year party or would like to help, please contact our room mom. I hope to see all of you there to celebrate the end to such a great year!
Please remind your child to return all library books as soon as possible. Students will not receive their memory book until all books are returned or fines are paid.
Thank you for a wonderful year. I have appreciated all of your support. Have a great week.

REPORTER OF THE WEEK: Jack Teter
In science lab, we built simple machines out of legos. My favorite was the pliers. We also built a wheel barrow and a lever. We didn't get to finish the challenge at the end though. It was building a car jack, but my partner and I didn't get to finish it. One group completed the challenge in our class!
Today, we are having field day, and it's indoors. I like when it's outdoors better. One of the things we are doing for indoor field day is the obstacle course, which includes jump roping, trampoline jumping, hula hoops, and rolling on a mat. Another one is wrapping the teacher in toilet paper. I think we might also play a basketball game too since we practiced that in PE.
I'm excited for today, and I hope next year, it's outdoors!
