Great Lives from History: The 21st Century covers prominent individuals from 2000 through 2016! This 3-volume set features 500+ essays on notable people in fields such as politics, literature, education, journalism, science, business, and sports. Each essay is divided into several sections: "Early Life" provides facts about the individual's upbringing, "Life's Work" is a chronological account of how he/she gained recognition in his field, and "Significance" provides an overview of the individual's lasting impact.
