During the October 8th Professional Training, high school teachers covered the topic "Using Data to Plan Instruction." Besides, they analyzed and used their first diagnostics data to strategically plan the next steps for whole-class instruction. The other teachers' training sessions focused on delivering differentiated instruction, monitoring personalized Instruction. and analyzing their first diagnostics i-Ready data to determine:
- Small group instructional priorities
- Plan differentiated instruction using i-Ready resources,
- Monitor students’ progress in i-Ready Personalized Instruction
- Respond to meet student needs.
Leadership focused on Using Data to Inform Leadership Decisions. Topics presented covered the following:
- Review top leader actions and reflect on current practices
- Analyze first diagnostic data to identify priority grades and domains
- Brainstorm opportunities to respond to data
