Team Awesome
5th Grade
Boosterthon!
Here’s how you can support TIMBER RIDGE:
- Register your student on funrun.com. To log in pledges, please register your child on funrun.com, using our school’s registration code: 669-813. Students receive a FREE GIFT just by having their parent or guardian register them on funrun.com.
- Reach out to sponsors. Connect with 10 sponsors. You can use social media in the pledging process and even create custom videos—all of this is on funrun.com. Be sure to capture and record each sponsor’s e-mail address. They will also have an easy opportunity to pay for your student’s pledge by credit card online.
- Ask your child about the BACKYARD BOX OFFICE Character Act of the day! This year’s character theme is Backyard Box Office, a movie theme about making a difference by getting into character. Watch the fun videos with your child on funrun.com.
- Come to the Fun Run on April 13th! All students are invited to participate, regardless of financial participation. Remember, students will be running 30-35 laps, and we would love for you to come out and cheer.
Thank you for supporting our school. We hope to see you next week at the Fun Run!
Conferences
As the school year is in the final quarter, please let us know if you would like to schedule a conference. We are available Monday and Friday during the school day (1:15-1:55) and after school (3:15-4:00). Email your students homeroom teacher to set up a time.
Liberty Hill Middle School
On Thursday, April 13th from 8-11 a.m. we will be touring Liberty Hill Middle School. Today a packet went home with registration information. Please take the time to look through and fill out all the information if your child will be attending Liberty Hill Middle School next year.
Dress Code
Liberty Hill Middle school came to visit today and talked about the rules and regulations that will be enforced next year. Please remember to speak to your child about the school dress code. With the beautiful spring weather arriving, be mindful of the length of shorts and skirts allowed. Additionally, no spaghetti strap tank tops or muscle shirts allowed. More information on TRES dress code can be found in the Parent Handbook on page 15. Thank you!
