WATERFORD MISSION
At Waterford Elementary we believe in all students and staff learning and growing together; where innovation, diversity, and relationships are valued.
WATERFORD VISION
Waterford Elementary School
Goshen's Opportunity for a Productive Tomorrow
Kindergarten for 2017-2018 school year "Blasts Off!"
Choose Your Attitude, Make Their Day, and Be Present
I appreciate Todd's attitude every time a "Clean up in aisle 1" comes across his radio. He has to deal with numerous messes each week, and always seems to do it with a willing spirit. Thanks Todd for bringing a positive attitude to school each day. Your work to keep our building clean is greatly appreciated.
Make their Day
A big shout out to our office administrative staff; Jen, Eliana, and Sherri. Thanks for all you do for everyone at Waterford. On Wednesday, Administrative Professional Day, Katrina made their day by presenting each of them with flowers and cards.
Be Present
Thanks to all of you who were present at our Kindergarten Blast-Off; Randy, Katrina, Eli, Julea, Jen, Courtney, and Allie. We had a great turn-out, and it was awesome meeting all of the parents and students who will be joining us in the fall.
Play
Please remember to let your inner Jedi come out on May 4th. Let's have a lot of fun with this. There will be a Brew Bucks gift card for the staff member who best exhibits that the force is with them. :)
TLT Update
The TLT met to complete revisions on the Mentor and Master SKR criteria for the descriptors that were developed. We appreciate your feedback and hope that having a set of criteria this year will allow consistency of thinking when completing the surveys.
TELL SURVEY
CLASS LISTS
Please ensure that your class cards are completed by Monday. You will then need to meet as a grade level to complete preliminary class lists. (Jen will be putting the class list procedure in your mailbox.) Please complete this task and turn in your class cards and lists to Katrina by May 12th. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns as you are working through this task.
New Recommendations for Hire/Change of Status
Mildred Orama, IDEA Room Para, will be starting on Monday, May 1st.
