This form of Qigong is as fun as it sounds! We take the body through this brisk and intentional workout to warm up the energy in our body, warm up our muscles, so we can perform traditional exercises, martial-arts based exercises, breathing exercises and mental-discipline exercises. This form has it all. All while enjoying diverse musical selections. It's a sweaty, good time you won't want to miss! This class held at Lotus Center, 211 W.
