Artist of the Week Sophomore photography student Abigail Flynn was selected for her leading line project submissions. Abby's "Restaurant" piece not only uses lines to lead the viewer in, but also demonstrates great use of contrast and repetition in a photograph. - 12th Grade: SUNY WCC Free Application Week for Rye Neck students to apply to SUNY Westchester Community College is scheduled for Monday, March 13th - Friday, March 1
- 9th & 10th Grades: Sign up to see your counselor to review your course selection for next year ASAP.
- 11th Grade: Junior meetings for students and parents to review course selections and post-high school plans must be set up by March 31st. If you have not already done so, please call Mrs. Williams to make an appointment.

- Theater Weekly Update
The Rye Neck Lunchtime Career Speaker Series has its first two sessions scheduled for 3/13/23 at 11:45am and 3/28/23 at 11:45am.
The Junior Class Carden Catering Fundraiser is scheduled for Wednesday, 3/29/23 from 2-7 pm at the Mamaroneck location at 315 Mamaroneck Ave. Use code RN23 when you order in store, at gardencatering.com, or on the Garden Catering app and 25% will be donated back to the Junior Class.
Info on how to Own Your Space
- You were emailed this week about updated period 1 entry points - the patio entrance by the CSC bathrooms and Dining Hall, CSC entrance by E-corridor and the main entrance.
- HS students will be required to wear their ID cards starting Monday, 3/13. New ID cards will be distributed in homeroom on Monday.
- AI Scholars 2023 is offering interdisciplinary, project-based artificial intelligence enrichment program. They have opened enrollment to Rye Neck students. Please ead the letter for more information.
Reminders:
- When we have a snow day, the letter day is carried over to the next school day.
- The 2nd floor CSC restroom has been designated for staff use only.
- Fall 2023 Varsity/JV Sports start on Monday, 8/21/23.
