Upcoming Changes to PowerTeacher Gradebook
Changes are coming to PowerSchool! Probably the biggest change is that the long awaited web-based version of Gradebook is scheduled for release in March.
Other changes include:
- Embedded training videos
- The ability to group classes and assign the same item to both classes at the same time
- More robust and flexible reporting with the addition of Oracle reports
- The ability to subscribe to a report and have it emailed to you at regular intervals
- An "At Risk" dashboard that will identify students with color-coding who are considered at risk based on grades and/or attendance
We'll be looking for teachers to test the new web-based version of gradebook, so please let me know ASAP if you're interested. I need to submit names to the MAISD for the first wave of training.
