Fall Festival

General Information
Come One, Come All!! You are officially invited to Martin Elementary's Annual Fall Festival! Join us on Friday, October 25th at Martin as we celebrate the arrival of Fall with food, games, and lots of fun! Students will be able to earn prizes and have great time at the many activities throughout the building. Thank you so much to all the parents and families that have made donations to our school. Your contributions will help make this year's festival one for the ages! Not to mention your student(s) really appreciate the help with their House Points!
Entrance and Sign In
To ensure a safe and orderly event, everyone is required to enter the Fall Festival through the front doors. Sign in will be located in the foyer area and students will receive 5 House Points for their family's sign in! All families entering from any other door will be asked to enter the front door.
Ticket Sales
Tickets will be on sale Friday morning from 7:15-8:00 AM in the front foyer. Tickets are sold in $5 increments for a pack of 20. Tickets will also be on sale during the festival. The event will go on rain or shine. If it is raining, outdoor games will be moved indoors so please be sure to come out and bring any tickets you bought in advance. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Costumes
NO costumes will be allowed during the school day. Students, staff, and family members are encouraged to come dressed up in appropriate costumes during the festival if they choose. Please ensure any masks worn do not obstruct the vision of the wearer as there will be lots of people and we want them to be safe. NO weapons (toy or real) are allowed to school or the festival.
Food Options
Food will be sold in the cafeteria. Price will range from 6 tickets to 20 tickets. Please visit the food lines early as we do have a limited amount of supplies. Lines for food will end at 7:15PM. Food options include:
- Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza
- Chic-Fil-A Sandwich
- Chif-Fil-A 8 Count Nuggets
- Nachos
- Chili Cheese Nachos
- Corn in a Cup
- Chips, pickles, drinks
Activities and Games
There will be several games and activities for families to enjoy. They will be located inside the building and outside in the side and back parking lots (weather permitting). The cost will range from 3 tickets to 25 tickets. Activities include a haunted house, face painting, inflatable obstacle course, ring toss, karaoke, cake walk, photo booth, pie throw, color hair spray, and so much more! Prizes and candy are given at most booths so everyone walks away a winner! (Parents, many candies include nuts and other allergens. Please use caution if your child has allergies.)
Pumpkin Decorating Contest
The pumpkin contests have been a huge hit and we have so many amazing entries! It is tough to determine the winner, but only one can win each contest. Come see the amazing creativity of all our Mustangs and find out who won! Winners of the pumpkin decorating contest will be revealed during the festival at 5:00PM near the haunted house. Good luck to all those that entered the contests!
Haunted House/Obstacle Course/Food Lines
The festival will end at 7:30PM. The Haunted House, Obstacle Course, and Food are usually the most popular attractions and have longer lines. To ensure everyone in line has a chance to visit these 3, we will stop allowing people to enter these lines at 7:15PM. Inflatable Obstacle Course REQUIRES socks, no shoes or bare feet allowed.
