Tomball ISD Technology Support

  • As the new school year begins, it is important for every staff member to update their profile information in Eduphoria. Make sure your grade level, subjects, and profile data are accurate for the new school year. Click here for directions on updating your profile.

  • Submit a Helpdesk ticket for all technology issues. Click here for directions. Do not submit Helpdesk tickets for other staff members. Creating a ticket using your Eduphoria login will ensure you receive communication on the ticket as it is worked on and resolved.

  • Please do not move technology equipment. Submit a Helpdesk ticket for all technology moves. We will verify the move and ensure all the necessary requirements are in place prior to the move (ie. network drops, video/audio connections, power outlets, etc.)

  • Software installations need to be approved and installed by Technology Services. Submit a Helpdesk ticket for these requests.
