This Weeks Focus
This week we will be learning about Christmas around the world. Each day we will "travel" to a different country to learn how kids celebrate Christmas in different parts of the world and get some interesting insights about Christmas traditions and celebrations.
-Please make sure students are bringing headphones to school each day!
-Please make sure you put your child's name on his/her jackets, hoodies, and water bottles
-Please remind students not to bring toys to school
-We love celebrating birthdays in class but please make sure student is only bring cupcakes/treat. No goody bags please!

ELA- Mentor sentences- Christmas Around the World
Phonics- Making words/switching sounds to make new words
Math- Review
Social Studies- Customs and traditions
Writing-Writing complete sentences

Reading-8:30-9:05
Power Hour- 9:05-10:05
Reading/Writing-10:05-10:50
Science- 10:50-11:20
Lunch: 11:20-11:50
Recess-11:50-12:20
Math- 12:20-1:10
Rotations- 1:10-2:00
Math- 2:00-2:30
Social Studies- 2:30-3:00
Pack up -3:00
Dismissal- 3:10
