The ACTS Group

Closing 2016 and Opening a New Chapter in 2017

2016 has been a great year of change and development for the ACTS Group. It has been an honor to be “in the lead” as Executive Director since the inception of ACTS in 2012. As this year closes, I will be ending my role as the executive director and moving into the role of Strategic Activator alongside several other dynamic city gospel movement leaders.

The new leadership model for the ACTS Group includes Strategic Activators who are coordinating gospel movement work in a city or community, Activators who are helping activate prayer, service or evangelism in a team with a Strategic Activator, and an Advisory Group of national leaders who are bringing wisdom for the strategic development of ACTS in 2017 and beyond. It has always been the vision for the ACTS Group to be a group. This new consultancy model is designed to dynamically assist leaders in communities and cities in much more specific and deep ways.

The only time I’ve been more excited about this work was in 2012 when there was the courage of a few leaders and a few financial donors to try something new in bringing BIGGER and BETTER results in helping coordinated prayer, service and evangelism happen in a city. This is a new beginning. Will you join me in making a year-end financial donation for this new implementation to move well into 2017.

On Mission with You,

Jeff Kreiser

Why I am Involved...

The ACTS Group clearly has the heart and expertise to help churches reach their surrounding communities with the gospel. The staff and leadership take a very strategic and creative approach to Kingdom work.

From a Supporting Pastor...

It has been my great personal privilege to have worked with the ACTS Group from their beginning nearly five years ago in Sacramento. Over this time, we at Cornerstone--and the churches of Arden Arcade--have found the expertise and myriad resources of the ACTS Group to be absolutely essential in building the relationships we built among pastors, their churches and the community we serve.

While we meet monthly as pastors for prayer, food and fellowship, we bring our churches together quarterly to worship, to work and to witness in intentional ways to our greater community. We are engaging every church in Arden Arcade with a local public school, not to fend for themselves but to minister together to the teachers, staff, children and their families in transformative ways.

The awareness the ACTS Group has brought to us about who comprises our community and what's really going on in it have been vital in helping us prioritize a long list of needs--which we are addressing as the Holy Spirit leads. Thank you, ACTS Group, for your generous and powerful partnership!
