Note from Principal DeWolfe

Next week students will be taking their final iReady assessment of the year. These assessments are important for several reasons. They give us feedback as a school to show us how students are learning and growing throughout the year. They also help us plan for next school year. Teachers want to focus on helping students learn what they don't know yet. iReady helps us see what topics we need to spend more time and what students already know.

Please make sure your student has a quiet place to take these assessments next week. Students must complete them independently. Elementary classes will work on iReady throughout the week. Middle school students will take them on Tuesday and Thursday. Please take note: we will not run the normal bell schedule for middle school those two days. Students will take their assessments and have time to complete missing work or to use teacher feedback to improve and resubmit assignments. Please check with your child and help them create a list of missing work or work to be revised during their asynchronous time next week.

We want to see everyone finish the school year strong!

Have a great weekend!

We have seen an increase in teacher absences the last few weeks. As a best practice you should log into the Canvas card for your class each day in order to get the link for your live class.
