Critical Information

Our teachers need your child's pick up information. Please share with them whether your child is a parent pick up, walker, turnabout pick up, Boys & Girls club or older sibling picking up.

If you are driving your child to or from school, you must use the turnabout on Streamwood Boulevard. Drivers must stay in their cars. Staff will escort your child to their line up location. There is no parking in the turnabout.

Reminder--The staff parking lot is for staff. No parent parking or drop off is allowed.

We encourage all our parents to walk their child to school on the first days to see the traffic and better understand how drop off and pick up work.

** In order for our process to work, it takes patience. **

RC Library Opens this week

Welcome to our School Library. We are very excited to start another year with all of you. The books missed you, I can't wait to see all of you and to check-out all the new books. We will Read, Learn and Grow Together. Let the Reading Adventures begin. Mrs. Rivera

New breakfast times!

This year breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:25 am in the cafeteria. It is free to all our students. If you would like to have your child participate, please drop them off at door 1 (front door) from 8 to 8:15am. Please do not park in our bus lane while dropping off. Thank you!

Lunch Question

If I pack a lunch for my child, can they pick up a milk from the school?

If you would like milk only, it costs 50 cents. Parents need to put money on account. Click Here Our lunch program does not take cash.

Hint: If you take the required items from the lunch program, the milk is free.

Computer and Ipad

U-46 provides all students with computers. Grade 1-12 have Chromebooks and kindergarten have Ipads.

If you are a previous student, remember to bring your computer to school.

If you are a kindergarten student or a new student to the district, we will be issuing you your computer in the first days of school. We are waiting patiently for them to arrive.

Computers that are not working can be switched out through the main office.

Please be sure to send your child to school everyday with a charged computer.
