Farming began to become popular in the Asia Minor, North Africa & North Mesopotamia; where the land was fertile. Agriculture is the raising of crops and animals. The development of agriculture began overtime and in more than one place. People no longer needed to travel great distances to gather food. They learned to domesticate plants and animals.
