Living a healthy lifestyle contains: Sleep, being hydrated, Nutrition , play/exersise etc:)

Nutrition ๐Ÿ‰

~ Don't skip breakfast, try to eat something for breakfast even if you are running late.

~Always look at the nutrition facts on your packaged food before you eat to know what's in your food.

~ You don't always get your protein from meat. Protein also comes from : beans, nuts, and low fat milk.

~ Did you know that your homemade/cultural food is very healthy for your body!

~ Try to cut down processed food.

~ Eat a well balanced diet - try not to eat junk food all the time ,only once in a while.

~ Eat fruits and vegetables, which contains posstasiom, fiber Etc:)

~ You need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep or more.

~ Have a bedtime routine, so your body knows when you are in between the process of your bedtime routine it's time for your body to relax and go to sleep.

~ Sleep increases your energy level to get through the day.

~ Turn off the lights and close the blinds because it's easier to sleep when it's dark.

~ Keep all devices away from your bed because the electric magnetic waves from your device can transfer to your brain and cause you to get a headache.

Hydration ๐Ÿ’ง

~ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated

~ Lack of water can cause dehydration

~ Dehydration can cause you to get sick example: Headaches and you can also feel really weak- not be able to move.

Play/Exersise ๐Ÿ€โ›ธ

~ Listen to music while working out/exersising to motivate you to workout at least a little bit.

~ Play sports with your friends and family especially in the summer time.

~ Try making Exersise fun!!!


Pay attention to what you eat. Ask questions like, what's in it? MINDFULLY EAT!

Choose healthier options of drink or food. Example: you at eating rice and you want to drink soda. A healthier option is WATER.
