Summary
The Boltzman equation or Boltzman transport equation (BTE) describes the statistical behavior of a thermodynamic system not in thermodynamic equilibrium. It can be used to determine how physical quantities change, such as heat energy and momentum. When fluid is in transport, and other properties characteristics to fluids such as viscosity, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.
