Passive, projected and impact stains were used to show that she murdered her husband and did not act out of self defense. It was shown to be a premeditated because of the testimony given by her boyfriend. Eventually she confessed to killing her husband in a rage. We believe it was not self defense because she admitted to killing him in a rage. The blood spatter analysis also did not support self defense and her boyfriend testified that she tried to hire a hitman.
