Helping My Mom Have Better Sleep

My mother and I have noticed that she is lacking in the sleep area of health.

Health issues:

-Lack of focus

-Lack if energy

-Not positive attitude

Ways To Increase Sleep Health

“Set a regular bedtime...”

"...limit the amount of distractions when you are getting ready to sleep."

"To help sleep well, avoid taking naps throughout the day."

How I Helped My Mom

Ways my mom changed her day to get better quality sleep:

-Resisted taking naps during the day

-Set a bedtime for 11:00pm

-Turned off her phone and computer at 10:00pm
