WMS Weekly Bulletin
December 2-December 8, 2018
All politics aside, I absolutely agree with this quote above from our late President Bush. In this quote, I think he captures the message for many dreams and of many professions.
When I read the quote through the lens of our profession, educating the youth of our country, I realize what a great honor we have in helping model the American Dream for our scholars. We get to show them what effort looks like, how to set goals and achieve them, and how to get back up after taking a fall. It is in the day-to-day "work" that we do, that we give back to our scholars, our school, and our community.
President Bush will be remembered this week and laid to rest, but his idea of giving something back is something that we can take with us every day we come to work.
Go Warhawks! And, remember, you belong here.

Rescheduling Final Exams
Once approved by an administrator, the student will receive a BLUE form to take to their teachers for the exam they will miss. You may schedule a time before or after their absence to take the exam.
NO Final Exam Exemptions
There are a few more details we need to work out from a district perspective for this to take place. Sorry for any confusion!

It is also very important that each individual scholar enter the lab with a pass that is completely filled out.
