Positive affirmations I can use
To ensure that I have the best health everyday I will eat healthy, exercise daily, get eight hours of sleep a night, and wash my hands often. Having a healthy mind is also important because my body will react to what is in my mind. To have a healthy mind I will manage stress, anger, and anxiety in a positive way, I will not believe or expect to get sick when i'm around someone who is sick, I will believe that I deserve to be healthy, wake up each morning with confidence, and (I will also think healthy, happy thoughts and image myself as healthy.
I have suffered "pain" in the past, I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing pain as a positive thing. Some things that I will gain from pain is it will tell me what to do and what not to do. It will tell me to make a change or see things differently. I will learn from pain and, as a result, I will no longer experience that pain and I will be happier.
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I wanted happiness in life, so I surrounded myself with nice, positive people.
