Detergent Fundraiser Pick Up ~ Delayed again

Due to unforseen circumstances, the laundry detergent will NOT be available for pick up on November 19th-20th or 21st. Soapy Joe's is sorry for this inconvenience as they are having delays in getting their shipment in.

The new dates and times will be November 26th-27th / times 8am-8pm each day. Also available November 29th-30th / 8am-8pm each day.

Upcoming testing at SHS

ASVAB ~ November 22nd (Juniors and some Seniors)

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is a test for seniors and it includes a validated aptitude test and interest assessment. The results are used to guide career exploration using ASVAB career planning tools.



Tutoring will resume on Tuesday, November 30th.

Thanksgiving Break

Thanksgiving Break is Wednesday, November 24th through Friday, November 26th with students returning on Monday.

Jostens Class Ring Deilvery

Jostens will be at SHS on Monday, November 29th during lunches to deliver class rings to those who ordered. If you ordered but have not paid in full, you may make those payments to Mrs. Anderson in the office until payment is complete.

Poinsettia Fundraiser Pick Up

If you purchased poinsettias from the Choral Department Fundraiser, they will need to be picked up at SHS on Thursday, December 2nd between 4:30pm - 6:30pm in the rotunda. Thank you for supporting our Choral Department.

Holiday Parade and Mistletoe Market

The annual Shelbyville Christmas Parade and Downtown Holiday Celebration will be held on Friday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. in downtown Shelbyville.

The parade will begin at the Porter Center located at 501 North Harrison Street, Shelbyville. It will proceed south along Harrison Street, traveling west on West Washington Street and end back at the Porter Center. Santa Claus will end his parade route at the Old Chase Building on the southwest corner of the Public Square.

The Mistletoe Market, hosted by Mainstreet, will run from 5-8 p.m. on the east side of the square. There will be a big vendor tent, carriage rides, a live reindeer and live holiday music.
