About my Super-Fruit

Strawberry, Pineapple, and Bananas have high levels of Vitamin C in them. Vitamin C helps the body maintain connective tissue including bones, so therefore my super power is Unbreakable Bones.


My other super power is a Strong Immune System. Vitamin C also plays a major part in the immune system so my power is Germ-Allergic

These fruits are packed with all kinds of nutritional value. They're packed with Vitamin C and can help strength your immune system and keep your bones strong and healthy especially for athletes like myself.


Bananas have fiber in them. They're good for athletes who have muscle pains or they can help push out unneeded waste inside the body.


Strawberries are packed with vitamins, fiber , and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium.


Pineapples are also packed with fiber and can also help lower high cholesterol levels. Pineapples are a great fruit people eat when they lose weight.


Fiber is a dietary vitamin. It can help in all parts of the body. People who have problems going to the bathroom often eat or take fiber vitamins so they can help remove the extra waste.
