A hurricane is a tropical storm that winds move as fast as 75-80mph. Hurricanes cause alot of damage like Katrina and Sandy. They cause heavy flooding and destruction. most hurricanes cause more than 50,000 dollars worth of damage.

Yes they are.
Hurricanes cause so much damage, but they're pros and cons. The con is it costs alot of money for repair and the pro it moves plant seeds so they can spread and bloom all over.
