Don't forget your swimsuit and a towel!
This event is super-organized and it is CRUCIAL that you be there! Failure to arrive could lead to Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, cardiovascular disease syndromes, Amyotropic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Tauopathies, nuerodegeneration, invasive cancer, liver cirrhosis, pulmonary fibrosis, and blistering skin diseases. If you don't believe us just look below to see how your absence can cause Alzheimer's.

Cytoskeleton Raceways in Cytosol County, Lena's Cell #357,031
12:00-12:30: Warm-up stretching with the microfilaments (contract your muscles and get moving).
12:30 Start at the minus end of the microtubule raceway.
12:30-1:30: Race along the microtubules and keep your shape! (Make sure to rest up, regain your strength, and stabilize yourself at the intermediate filament rest stop!)
1:30-2:00: Get your tan on with the pigment vesicles that also travel along the microtubules.
2:00-4:00: End at the plus end of the microtubule raceway and catch a movie at the Cytoplasmic Streaming Theatre before you go!
