Latin Music
Pop Latino
Type of Music/History of the music
My favorite type of latin music is Pop Latino. It's mostly played in Latin America or Latin Europe. There are many people associated with this type of music, a couple of the artists are, Ricky Martin, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and more. Pop Latino originated from American Pop. The origin of Pop Latino begins with Spain and Portugal's colonization of Latin music in the 16th century. Pop Latino originated right after American Pop because when immigrants came to the United States they brought their culture with them which helped the US form Pop Latino.
