Importance

To have a good important work ethic it is important that you acquire these traits. You need to have integrity to be able to do all aspects on the job and give honest feedback so that other co-workers can trust you. Responsibility is important so other co-workers will trust you that you can complete a certain task without fooling around or messing up. To have a good work ethic you need good quality because it shows that you care about what you are doing to have the best end result. Discipline is important because without discipline you would not be able to finish all the work you have to get done in a certain amount of time. Teamwork is important to because you need teamwork to get along with other people and complete tasks daily.
