PD Session for OneDrive and Various 365 Features
Office 365 and OneDrive for Beginners
Microsoft Office 365 can be a great tool to use with your classes to share documents and presentations. Students can also collaborate with you and their classmates using OneDrive, which gives them access to the Office suite of programs. During this session, you will learn how to create email distribution lists, how to access and use the calendar, and how to use the OneDrive most efficiently.
OneDrive
is a cloud storage, file hosting service that allows users to sync files and later access them from a web browser or mobile device.
OneNote
is a computer program for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration. It gathers users' notes (handwritten or typed), drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries.
Office 365
Office 365 is the "umbrella" of products offered by Microsoft for Business. This includes the familiar products of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as new features such as OneDrive, Delve, Video, and many more! Office 365 can be downloaded onto any computer that runs Windows 7 or higher. However, the "Cloud-based" 365 can run from anything that has an internet connection.
