Macbeth is to blame for his own downfall
Macbeth is the one to blame for his own down fall. He is the one who killed multiple people and Macduffs whole family. Just to try to be king. "If chance will have me be king, why, chance may crown me with out mt stir" (Act 1 scene 3). Macbeth doesn't think about how he is going to kill KIng Duncan before he does it he just kills. "To know my deed, 'twere best not know my self" (Act 2 Scene 3). This is saying that if he is made to be the king he will be given the crown. When really he is so self centered that he killed Duncan to try to make himself king. Macbeth thinks that if when Duncan is dead his life will be perfect, "Which in his death we are perfect" (Act 3 scene 1). So when Macbeth decides to kill Duncan he wasn't thinking. When he killed him he thought he would automatically be granted king.
Imagery in Macbeth
Imagery is used when Macbeth looks at his bloody hands, after he killed Duncan. When he goes back to his home is when he noticed how bloody his hands where, " (looking at his hands) This is a sorry night" (Act 2 scene 2). This is saying that he looked at his hands and at this point in the book he felt bad about it. An thought that he had done wrong (which he had), and he thought god gave up on him. Lady Macbeth is more worried about him getting the blood off his hands, than the fact that he killed the king for his own good.
Foil used in Macbeth
Foil is used in Macbeth when Lady Macbeth talks Macbeth into killing Duncan. She makes it sound like it isn't that bad. Lady Macbeth is really controlling. "Hie thee hither, That I may pour my spirits in thine ear And chastise with the valor of my tongue All that impedes thee from the golden round..." (Act 1 scene 5), this is saying come home so I (Lady Macbeth) can persuade you to do what you need to in order to be king. She eventually talks him into killing Duncan to grant him king. But, Lady Macbeth can't control Macbeths actions, so there for it is Macbeths own fault that he killed Duncan. He was the cause of his own downfall.
Sleeping with the Enemy (1991) Trailer (Julia Roberts, Patrick Bergin and Kevin Anderson)
Sleeping with an enemy
Sleeping with an enemy relates to Macbeth because Julia Roberts is sleeping knowing that her enemy is out to get her. This relates because Macbeth is sleeping knowing that he is out to kill someone he just has to find the right time, just like Julia Roberts ex husband did. Her ex killed her just like Macbeth killed Duncan. The video trailer is above.
Focus on me by Ariana Grande
This relates because Lady Macbeth wants Macbeth to just focus on her and her plans.

It's written on your lips"
Dynamic Character
This happens after Macbeth kills Duncan. After Macbeth kills Duncan he changes his whole personality from being really kind to becoming a murderer. "All my pretty little children? Did you say all? Oh, that bird from hell! All of them? What, all my children and their mother dead in one fell swoop?... Sinful Macbeth, they were killed because of you!" (Act 4 scene 3). This is showing that after Macbeth killed Duncan he continued killing people he had killed all of Macduffs family, his wife and his kids.
