News & Updates
Hello CELC & MVLA Families,
I can't believe it is almost February. January has flown by. Speaking of flying by...Zero the Hero stopped by on Friday to visit our kindergarten classrooms. A huge thank you to our number hero for taking time out of his busy day to celebrate the 100th day of school with us.Thank you also to the parent volunteers that helped out with the 100's Day activities!
As I reflect on the past few months, I am so grateful for all of the amazing experiences I have had as CELC's Principal this school year. One of my favorite things to do is make positive calls home. The front office loves it when students come up with Pawsitive Referrals. Our Cubs bring so many smiles to our faces.
Mary Barkley, our Office Clerk, has been working really hard to keep up on study contracts and update student attendance. To ensure that your student keeps up on learning and gets credit for attendance, please turn in your student's contract work at the office. We appreciate your partnership in your child's education.
The District continues to be guided by California Department of Public Health and our experiences from last year. Thank you for your support while we continue to navigate the 2021-22 school year.

Do you love MVLA? If you would like to share a testimony, please email us your thoughts at tripke@alpineschools.net or your child's teacher. We would like to spread the word about our unique and amazing program.
